Files you import yourself, and a record of every change
One import file per kind of fix
SKUs, vendor names, tags, descriptions and so on. Each file carries the changed columns and Shopify's required identifiers, status and option linkage. We check it against your export before delivery.
A change list
Every cell we change, with the old and the new value. You can open it in a spreadsheet.
An undo file for every import file
It restores the changed values when imported in the documented order. Keep a full export backup and verify each import; undo files cannot recover deleted variant IDs.
A fill-in sheet
For what only you know, such as weights for items that have none. Send it back and we prepare files for you to import after review.
Problems we report but don't change
Products without images, duplicate listings and empty descriptions, each with a link.
Some fixes are mechanical. Judgement calls wait for you.
autoFixed without asking
- Missing SKUs, following your existing pattern (
HD-NAV-Mnext toHD-NAV-S). If your SKUs are barcodes, we list the gaps for you instead of inventing numbers. - Vendor names spelled differently ("acme apparel", "ACME Apparel")
- Tags that differ only in capitals
- Pasted formatting in descriptions: Word styles, inline fonts, leftovers pasted from search results. The text itself stays word for word, and hidden text is left alone.

- Duplicate SKUs on different colours, sizes or products. SKUs shared across volume tiers are left alone.
- Blank product types, where your own types make the answer clear
- Option names spelled differently ("Colour", "colour", "Color")
- "Compare-at" prices below the selling price
Things we leave alone
- We don't change prices, inventory, handles (product URLs) or option values such as "XL" or "Navy". Changing an option value gives the variant a new ID in Shopify, which can break apps that track variants.
- We don't invent product facts such as weights, materials or photos.
- We don't log in to your store or ask for staff access.
- We don't do calls. Everything happens by email, which is how the price stays fixed.
From free check to files in five steps
Free check
Send your store's address. With your authorization and where access is permitted, we read your public product feed (or use your CSV export) and email you the three biggest problems we found, with examples. No login needed.
Free sample, if you like
Send your full product CSV export; we prepare import files for 25 of your products. Public-feed previews are not importable repair files.
Order
Pay US$450 by card through a secure Stripe link. The price covers up to 5,000 products. Then send your product export (Shopify admin → Products → Export → All products, CSV); it includes unpublished products and fields the public feed doesn't show. A full export is required for importable files.
Change list within 2 business days
You approve or strike any line.
Files within 3 business days of your approval
Import them under Products → Import, with "Overwrite products with matching handles" ticked.
Turnaround: 5 business days from your export to the files, not counting the time you take to approve.

Refunds
- If you don't approve the change list, we refund you in full and you keep the list.
- If a file we send doesn't import cleanly, or a change is wrong, we fix it within 2 business days. If we can't, we refund you in full.
- Ask for a refund within 14 days of delivery by replying to any of our emails. Refunds go back to your card through Stripe.
Questions
Why no calls?
A fixed scope, a written change list and your approval of each judgement call replace the meeting. It keeps the price fixed and gives you a written record of every change.
Is importing safe?
Each file holds only the columns it changes, plus the product title, handle and option columns Shopify needs to match each variant. We copy those exactly from your store. Still, import the files one at a time and keep the undo files until you've checked the result. If you can, try one file on a single product first.
What data do you keep?
Your product data, only for the job. We delete it 30 days after delivery. We never need customer or order data; if your export contains any, we delete it unread. See the [US privacy notice: copy not finalized].
